Free Lesson 3 of 3: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life
Step 1
Make a list of the 5-10 things you do most regularly. These could be simple things like brushing your teeth and it could be very complex things like seeking solitude... or anything in between.
Essentially, just the things you do the most.
Step 2
Go back through your list and think about what the "trigger" is for each of the things you listed. This will help us practice understanding how our habits work.
Then, decide what a great keystone habit would be for you in your life.
Step 3
Now that you have listed habits, evaluated triggers, and even thought about a keystone habit, make a plan for your biblical habits. Write out your gameplan for how, when, and for how long you will pray and read each day. Think about how to structure your day for success with this too.
